How to Request Account or Data Deletion
At Figure Eight, we respect your privacy and your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your account or request the removal of your personal data, you can do so by submitting our Data Deletion Request Form.
Please follow the instructions below:
1. Enter Your Full Name
Please use the name associated with your Figure Eight account.
2. Provide Your Email Address
Enter the email you used when signing up for Figure Eight. This is how we will verify your identity and contact you once your request is processed.
3. Select the Type of Request
You will be asked to choose one of the following:
-Delete my entire account and all personal data
-Delete my personal data but keep my account active
-Delete specific data only (you’ll be asked to describe it)
4. Describe Specific Data (if applicable)
If you chose to delete only specific data, please describe what you want us to remove (e.g., saved routes, favorites, etc.).
5. Confirm Your Request
Check the confirmation box to acknowledge that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
6. Submit the Form
Click the “Submit Request” button to send us your request.
What happens next?
Once we receive your request:
We will review and begin processing it.
You will receive a confirmation email.
Your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR).
